Problem
Author of a 18k-subscriber tech newsletter spent 4 hours/post on Ghost — formatting, SEO, header images. Substack was too generic; Ghost too rigid.
Users
Public newsletter — 18k subscribers, single author
Key flow
- 1Author drafts in markdown editor, takes AI suggestions or ignores
- 2Reviews preview, sets schedule and OG image
- 3Publishes — newsletter goes out, archive updates instantly

- Newsletter send via Resend with per-subscriber tracking
- Public archive with semantic search across past posts
Limits
