  • Trilingual voice agent (DE/EN/IT) on Twilio + ElevenLabs
  • Direct write to ResOS reservations — no manual entry needed
  • Smart waitlist: takes name + party size when fully booked
  • Special-request flag (allergies, occasions) routed to host stand

Limits

  • No private-event quotes — those route to the manager directly
  • Cannot accept reservations more than 60 days in advance
