- Trilingual voice agent (DE/EN/IT) on Twilio + ElevenLabs
- Direct write to ResOS reservations — no manual entry needed
- Smart waitlist: takes name + party size when fully booked
- Special-request flag (allergies, occasions) routed to host stand
Limits
- No private-event quotes — those route to the manager directly
- Cannot accept reservations more than 60 days in advance
