- Voice flow that authenticates patient by phone number and DOB
- Real-time slot reservation against iSalon via n8n bridge
- SMS confirmation + ICS file pushed to the patient after each booking
- Calendar-anomaly alert to reception when conflicts arise

- No new-patient registration — existing patients only
- Doesn't collect insurance — handoff to receptionist for that
