Landing page + booking flow

Problem

Studio's Squarespace site looked nice but lost bookings — Calendly was a separate tab, payment was manual at the door, no-shows ran 22%.

Users

Public — wellness studio in Lisbon, ~80 bookings/week

Key flow

1. 1Visitor lands on page and picks a class
2. 2Selects time slot, enters details, pays via Stripe
3. 3Receives confirmation + ICS + reminders automatically

What I built

• Single-page Next.js site with inline booking calendar
• Stripe payment intent on book — pre-paid slots only
• Resend reminder emails 24h + 2h before each session
• Cancellation policy enforced in flow — no chargeback disputes since launch

Limits

• Single-location only — multi-studio chain would need a rework
• Class series (not individual sessions) handled by an external tool
