- After-hours auto-attendant with Claude intent classification
- Callback booking against next-day rep availability in Calendar
- CRM write to HubSpot with intent + transcript + urgency score
- Slack ping to on-call rep if intent is flagged "urgent"
Limits
- Does not attempt to solve issues — captures intent and books callback
- Urgency detection has ~12% false positives — tuned to over-alert
