  • After-hours auto-attendant with Claude intent classification
  • Callback booking against next-day rep availability in Calendar
  • CRM write to HubSpot with intent + transcript + urgency score
  • Slack ping to on-call rep if intent is flagged "urgent"

Limits

  • Does not attempt to solve issues — captures intent and books callback
  • Urgency detection has ~12% false positives — tuned to over-alert
