New signup in Stripe → n8n creates Notion onboarding page, sends welcome email, schedules a Calendly invite, pings Slack on day 3 if no booking.
First-call attendance up from 41% to 78%.

Problem
New customers signed up and disappeared. Welcome email went unread, no kickoff scheduled, churn started in week 1 instead of week 8.
Flow
Stripe webhook → check plan tier → create Notion page from template → send Resend email → schedule day-3 Slack check via wait node.
Cadence
Per new paid signup, ~15-25/week
What I built
- Stripe checkout.session.completed webhook → n8n entry point
- Auto-created per-customer Notion onboarding page with checklist
- Welcome email via Resend with kickoff Calendly link prefilled
- Day-3 nudge: if Calendly still empty, Slack ping to CSM
Limits
- Plan-tier-gated — only triggers for paid plans, not free trials
- Calendly link is generic; per-CSM round-robin would need an upgrade
