  • Greeting + 4-question qualifier conversational flow
  • BANT scoring with Claude — pushes only ICP-qualified leads forward
  • Calendly link sent in-flow when qualified, auto-creates HubSpot deal
  • Polite decline + nurture-list sub for non-fit conversations

Limits

  • Single-language flow per deployment — multi-lingual is a v2
  • Doesn't handle complex deal structures — drops to AE on signal
