This Cookie Policy describes how Spruvly (Emira Studio OÜ) uses cookies and similar technologies on spruvly.com. For broader data processing, see Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. Similar technologies (local storage, session storage) are used the same way. We refer to all of them as "cookies" in this policy.

2. Categories we use

2.1. Strictly necessary (always on, no consent required under EU ePrivacy / GDPR).

— better-auth.session_token — your authenticated session. HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax. Without it you can't stay logged in.
— better-auth.csrf_token — protects against cross-site request forgery on auth endpoints.
— Stripe's session cookies on /pricing and Checkout — required for fraud detection. See Stripe's policy.
— Turnstile session cookies on /find — required for the invisible CAPTCHA.

2.2. Functional / preference (always on, no consent required, no third-party data sharing).

— NEXT_LOCALE — remembers your language choice.

2.3. Analytics (consent required).

We currently do not deploy third-party analytics. If we add a privacy-friendly analytics service (e.g. Plausible, Umami) in the future, we will update this policy and seek your consent at first visit.

2.4. Marketing / advertising.

We do not use advertising cookies. We do not run retargeting or third-party ads on the Platform.

3. How to control cookies

Your browser settings allow you to view, accept, refuse, or delete cookies. Refusing strictly-necessary cookies will prevent authentication and break core functionality. Refusing functional cookies will reset your language to default each visit.

Where we add consent-based cookies in the future, we will provide an in-product cookie banner allowing granular consent management.

4. Third-party cookies set by sub-processors

— Stripe may set cookies during Checkout / Customer Portal interactions for fraud detection. Stripe cookie policy.
— Cloudflare may set cf_clearance or similar cookies for bot management. Cloudflare cookies are necessary for site delivery and not used for analytics by us.

5. Changes

We will update this policy when our cookie use changes. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects when.
